Dicker is a lifelong resident of Bellevue, with his family representing four generations of Cahills in the Seattle area. He attended the University of Washington, earning his Bachelors and Master's Degrees in Business Administration. He started his career in theComputer Services Industry and while working for General ElectricInformation Services, focused his efforts on the emerging WirelessTechnology Industry. He managed national distribution for valueadded resellers for US West Cellular and held various leadershippositions in two technology start ups. Dicker launched his secondcareer following his passion for real estate and leveraging hisextensive knowledge of the history and culture of many uniqueneighborhoods on the Eastside.
Dicker is very committed to the community and public service. Inaddition to his real estate business, he served 8 years as the Mayor ofthe Township of Yarrow Point, an exclusive waterfront community of1,000 residents on the shores of Lake Washington. Dicker's clientsbenefit from his extensive knowledge of land use, zoning andworking with local government. He is very client-focused and takesa consultative approach to industry problem solving, essentiallycreating a business case for each home he list or acts on behalf ofhis buyer. He quickly became a leading Eastside Broker and is themarket leader for new construction in the community of YarrowPoint. His strong business acumen supports a clear articulation ofthe value proposition associated with transactions from both thebuyer and seller's perspective. He has a track record of success,carefully managing the expectations of all stakeholders andensuring transactions "cross the finish line" in a timely manner."
