Jason served as Sales Manager for Bellevue Towers, leading the successful sellout of the landmark 539-residence community, the largest high-rise condominium development ever completed in the Pacific Northwest at the time. Prior to real estate, Jason built an international business career with Nippon Steel Corporation, working in both Japan and Russia before earning his MBA from the University of Southern California. He later joined Nestlé as a Marketing Manager, helping lead several of the company's nationally recognized confectionery brands. That foundation in business strategy and marketing continues to influence his innovative approach to real estate, where thoughtful positioning, compelling marketing, and skilled negotiation consistently deliver outstanding results for clients.
In 2015, Jason joined NWG Real Estate, where he specialized in boutique urban developments and resale properties. In 2018, he and the rest of the NWG team became part of Compass as the firm's Seattle launch partner. Finally in 2022, Jason became a Partner and Founding Broker of Real Residential, a relaunch of the NWG I Compass team as of one of the Puget Sound region's top-producing independent brokerages with a focus on providing exceptional client care, collaborative teamwork, and local expertise.
