A Seattle native with deep roots on Bainbridge Island, Sophia Schuler brings a lifelong understanding of the Puget Sound region to her role as Executive Client Manager. A second-generation real estate professional, she grew up immersed in the business, developing an early appreciation for client service, organization, and the importance of trust at every stage of a transaction.

Sophia is a graduate of the University of Colorado, where she earned a degree in Psychology—an academic foundation that informs her thoughtful, client-centered approach. In her role, she serves as a central point of connection for clients, ensuring a seamless, well-orchestrated experience from initial engagement through closing and beyond. With a background in hospitality, sales, and marketing, she is known for her exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Outside of work, Sophia enjoys traveling—frequently visiting family in Germany, exploring Europe, unwinding in Mexico, and spending winter weekends skiing in Whistler, British Columbia. At home, she's an enthusiastic foodie who loves discovering new restaurants, cooking for friends, and spending time with her cat. She treasures time with her sister and close friends, often gathered around a patio table, celebrating life's moments with laughter and a glass of bubbles.
